Please do remember that Beirut city is built on hills and some streets are old and narrow or under construction. Same goes to mountains surrounding Beirut, or for that matter any major city or town in Lebanon. Therefore it is important to have an address to quote a proper destination rate. If address not available, an indication of delivery area will do. Just saying "destination = Beirut" is not a good indicator for normal access for containers or trailers. Quotes for delivery within old Beirut city limits is different than to greater Beirut which includes most of the mountains surrounding Beirut city.

Also note that foreign diplomatic shipments and most United Nations organization as well as European commission, International Red Cross and the like get special treatment during customs clearance. It is easier to clear them so we can provide a little cheaper quotes for such shipments.

When requesting rates for origin or destination please indicate if shippment is diplomatic or non-diplomatic. Of Course Lebanese diplomats are treated almost like a normal Lebanese citizen at the customs. They will be considered as non-diplomatic shipments.
